3. 2000 - Wesley Centre, Pitt Street, Sydney, during the Sydney Olympic Games
4. August and October 1999 - Advent, solo exhibition in the Fountain Court, NSW Parliament House, Macquarie Street Sydney, opened by The Rev Fred Nile MP
5. 1998-2002 - CCC Oxford Falls, The Gallery and Foyer of Creative Arts building
6. 31 October to 29th November 1998 - The Great Southland Exhibition at The Presiding Officer’s Exhibition Space, Parliament House, Canberra, opened by the Honourable John Anderson MHR. Three of the works were shown.

Statement

Advent(Latin adventus , coming, approach, arrival, to land)

This exhibition is a declaration of the arrival of Christ Jesus. He has arrived, He is arriving and He will come again. He has “landed” and He is with us by His Holy Spirit.

With the use of ancient Christian and Australian symbolism, I have expounded upon scripture to communicate a Biblical gospel message to contemporary Australia. I have illustrated that God is the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. He is the Reconciliator and He has come to heal our Land, our people and our Government. I am also communicating that the Lord promises to give what is good and that our land will yield its harvest of souls.

We have a hope that is firm and secure and we are reminded of this night after night as we look up at the Cross in the sky and see it on our National flag and in creation.

This is ‘Australia del Espiritu Santu’ which means ’The Great South Land of the Holy Spirit’.

As a State and a Nation, we eagerly await the return of Christ Jesus and His plan of redemption for us.
